bKind's 2024 Wellness Programs were inspired by the resilience, compassion, joy & determination of the communities we serve. Children of all ages enjoyed yoga adventures where the jumped like frogs, practiced gratitude, & developed techniques to generate a sense of inner peace, confidence, & kindness towards themselves & others.

We commend Katie, Lupe, Sara, and the entire PTA at Spruce Street school for instilling the values of kindness, generosity, and compassion in our children!! Your food drive provided boxes of Natures Valley granola bars, delicious organic fig bars, Welch's fruit snacks, yogurt, cases of organic juice boxes, and so much more for families in our summer developmental disabilities programs, children in NYCHA housing, women and children in shelters for survivors of abuse/trafficking, and homeless individuals. All were overwhelmed with gratitude and joy.
