Mental Health Wellness with Filipinos at Microsoft
Mental Health, AAPI Heritage, PRIDE, & Juneteenth Celebrations
Mental Health Awareness Month is at the forefront, thanks to the community support from Filipinos at Microsoft and dedicated employees who are raising awareness through a special wellness session. This initiative is designed to help participants unwind, focus on their mental wellbeing, and learn techniques to manage stress, showcasing vital mental health initiatives.
This was a wonderful way to launch the monthly Microsoft + bKind wellness initiative, which also incorporates nutrition education to promote overall health.
We commend Kristine and other Microsoft leaders for cultivating a culture of inclusion within a workplace where everyone feels valued and heard. Their initiatives continue to have an incredible impact in the workplace and throughout our communities. We look forward to Pride Month and Juneteenth events to celebrate the “rich diversity that makes our city and our world so beautiful and from which we all draw our strength and beauty.”
